Production capabilites
The speciality of our company is machining. Our main production machines are CNC lathes and milling machines of renowned European producers, new ones and with short operation time. Their technological parameters are as follows:
Lathes:
- Heidenhain controls,
- max turning diameter up to 465 mm,
- max turning length up to 1250 mm,
- multi-station turret head with driven and stationary tools,
- C axis at a spindle,
- Y axis at a tool slide, range: ± 40 mm,
- possibility of turning and milling using pick off spindle (sub spindle),
- fast line drives.
Milling machines:
- Heidenhain controls,
- 3, 4 and 5 axis milling,
- clamping surface 640 mm x 1000 mm,
850 mm x 600 mm, Ø630 mm,
- axis travels: x up to 800 mm, y up to 800 mm, z up to 600 mm,
- fast line drives,
- precision of positioning ±0,01 mm.
We have at our disposal also following auxiliary machines:
- manual lathes and milling machines,
- grinding machines for holes and surfaces,
- spark erosion machines,
- fitter positions.

Measurement & testing capabilities
In scope of measurement capabilities within our group of companies we have access to the testing laboratory accredited by PCA (The Polish Centre for Accreditation) - number of accreditation AB 701 , equipped with a CMM measurement machine Contura Select and profile measurement gauge Taylor Hobson.

Designing capabilities
We are able to support our customers in the scope of designing and technical documentation processing in the CAD system thanks to the team of first class specialists, designers and production engineers.
